Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Hawler route planning (the “Service”). By creating a workspace or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your workspace and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. You may invite team members; you remain responsible for their use of the Service.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no attempts to disrupt or reverse engineer the platform, and no uploading of content you do not have the right to use. We may suspend access that puts the Service or other customers at risk.
3. Plans and billing
The Starter plan is available without a credit card. Paid routing plans are billed according to the plan you select. Final pricing and limits are confirmed at checkout and may change with notice.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of the operational data you put into Hawler. We process it to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or request deletion of your data.
5. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties during this placeholder period. We may update features and these terms; material changes will be communicated in advance.
