- Starter is an ongoing free plan with 1,500 stops created per month, up to 3 vehicles and 5 active users. It includes the complete planning workflow, from Excel import and address matching to optimization and exports. No payment card is required. Keep using it within these limits.
- Spread over 20 working days, that is an average of 75 new stops a day across your team. This is an example, not a daily limit: use your monthly allowance as your workload requires. Editing or reoptimizing existing stops does not use more of the allowance.
- Hawler uses local address data for Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia to match abbreviations, spelling variations and inconsistent formatting. Review the resolved locations and focus corrections on flagged exceptions. You stay in control of the stops used for planning.
- A stop counts when you create it manually or import it. Editing or reoptimizing that stop does not count again; deleting it does not restore the allowance. Creating it again as a new stop does count. Vehicle and active-user limits apply separately, and your account shows current usage.
- Starter has no paid overages: upgrade if you need to create more stops after reaching its allowance. Plus and Business charge the published extra-stop rate above their included allowance. To add vehicles or users beyond a plan's limits, choose a plan with more capacity.
- Yes. Import an Excel workbook and check how its columns map to your stops. Add or import your vehicles, review address matches and optimize. Export the routes as printable sheets or Excel workbooks to share with your team.
- No. Each Hawler plan includes vehicle and active-user capacity in its base price. For example, Plus includes up to 10 vehicles and 15 users for EUR 39 per month excluding VAT, with 5,000 stops included. Extra stops are billed at the published rate.
- Yes. Add the expected time at each customer and the working hours of each vehicle to plan travel between visits. Review the assignments against your team's skills and appointment commitments, then share the day's route sheets.
